Being Human. We were made for it. It’s our one job. And yet, somehow, it’s the hardest thing ever, right? I mean, who actually has this shit figured out?
Well, I’m not there yet, but I’m working on it—and I’m here to write about what I’ve learned. (I’m Dani, by the way.)
In my tireless pursuit to the heart of humanity, I’ve been to art school, lived six miles deep in the Redwoods studying meditation, spent the past decade healing myself by any means necessary, and even longer as an insatiable student of Life. I have experienced myself with every cell of my being as The One, and I have experienced myself as the most broken, insignificant, and lonely little speck imaginable.
And I wouldn't change a thing.
Today, I am a writer, community leader, and meditation teacher in Los Angeles, CA. I feel called to share what I’ve learned (and what I’m still learning) about what it really means to be Human—all of it.
Here’s What to Expect
Most days: I’ll share a simple lesson I’ve learned about How to Be Human on my Notes
Most weeks: I’ll post a deeper reflection on my Posts — including tools and practices to take these ideas off the page and into your Life
Occasionally: I’ll share a video—but only when I feel like it ;)
Let’s see where this goes. If you’re here, I’m grateful.
Let’s be Human together
xx Dani
